Omnitech Engineering share price: Shares of precision-engineered components manufacturer Omnitech Engineering rose as much as 6.10% to ₹349.85 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday, April 9.

The stock was trading at ₹341.97 per share, reflecting an increase of 3.72% at 12:32 pm. Its market capitalisation stood at ₹4,218.62 crore.

How is Omnitech Engineering performing compared to issue price?

The scrip made its debut on March 5 at ₹202 apiece, a discount of 11.01% against the IPO issue price of ₹227 per share, on the NSE.

At the intraday high, it is up 54.11% from the issue price.

The ₹583 crore initial public offering consisted of a fresh issuance of shares valued at ₹418 crore and an offer for sale of ₹165 crore by promoter Udaykumar Arunkumar Parekh.

The funds were intended for debt clearance, establishing two new manufacturing facilities, funding capital expenditure requirements and general corporate purposes.

Omnitech Engineering Q3 results

Omnitech Engineering had posted a 172.79% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹22.26 crore in the December quarter of the financial year 2025-26, compared to ₹8.16 crore a year back.

The company's revenue from operations surged 81.57% to ₹134.4 crore in Q3 FY26 as against ₹74.02 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Omnitech Engineering develops high-precision engineered components and supplies to global customers across industries like motion control & automation, energy, industrial equipment systems, and other diversified industrial applications.

Its clientele includes Oshkosh Aerotech, Suzlon, Lufkin Industries, Halliburton Energy Services, Donaldson Company, PUSH Industries, Oilgear, Weatherford and Bharat Aerospace Metals.
