An obsence video recorded inside the premium coach of the Namo Bharat Rapid Rail has stirred concerns over privacy and security. The clip, reportedly filmed several days ago between Modinagar South and Modinagar North stations, shows a young couple behaving inappropriately.
NavbharatTimes reported that an internal inquiry by the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) traced the leak to a staff member posted inside the CCTV control room. According to chief public relations officer Puneet Vats, the employee used his mobile phone to record the live surveillance feed displayed on the monitor and later circulated the footage online.

Announcements made inside the train can be heard in the background, and another passenger sitting nearby is visible in the video. Officials classified the incident as a serious breach of discipline and a violation of passenger privacy.

The staff member was terminated with immediate effect. NCRTC emphasized that ensuring passenger dignity and safety remains a top priority, and maintaining decorum in public transport spaces is essential.

Authorities added that awareness drives will be launched to discourage misuse of public spaces and prevent similar incidents in the future.
