The lavish scale attracted public and agency attention.

The probe reportedly focuses on: 1. Whether the income from fantasy cricket platforms is legitimate 2. Possible links to illegal betting or money laundering
Threats and earlier controversies
In December 2024, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's associate Rohit Godara allegedly demanded Rs 1 crore extortion from Anurag, threatening to kill him. Anurag posted online about the threat, later deleting it.
His name also surfaced in a dispute involving a Thar belonging to him, whose occupants were accused of assaulting staff of a Chandigarh University bus. An FIR was filed against six individuals.
What is his total wealth?
According to investigators and sources:

- Revenue from paid promotions and fantasy cricket deals
ED suspects a major mismatch between declared income and actual assets. Among the four cars seized, the costliest is reportedly the Rs 6.5-crore Lamborghini.
