Global design software company Adobe has acquired Indian AI startup Rilo for an undisclosed value.

The founders of Rilo confirmed the development on LinkedIn.

Rilo has built AI agents that assist with insights on the go-to-market strategies of enterprises. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Adobe's customer experience and marketing tools.

Founded in 2025 by IIT Bombay alumni Georgi Boby and Dhruv Jaglan, Rilo had raised $1 million funding from Peak XV, DeVC and Day Zero Ventures.

This is the second acquisition of an Indian tech startup by Adobe. The company had acquired Rephrase ai in 2023.

Jaglan, in his LinkedIn post, said, "Beyond excited to announce that Rilo is joining Adobe to help bring AI to Fortune 500 marketers." He also noted that, within months of its launch, Rilo's product had more than 10k users. "And we never looked back," he added.

Co-founder Boby also joined in the excitement. He said in his LinkedIn post, "Beyond thrilled to announce that Rilo is joining Adobe!! From day one, Our mission at Rilo was to expand the power of AI beyond just engineers. I'm incredibly proud of the team, what we've built and the pace we built it in."

Rilo's AI agents are said to give complete workflows built around outcomes, providing direct market insights without any workflow diagrams. Features include competitor tracking and alerts when a prospect shows buying signals.
