Hello,

Work moving slow? OpenAI says it has an answer.

The ChatGPT maker has rolled out a potential solution to modern workloads with the launch of GPT-5.4, a new frontier model available in ChatGPT, the API, and Codex.

The tool is designed specifically to handle the complexities of professional work.

GPT-5.4, unlike its predecessors, is built to act as an agent, which is an AI that can complete multi-step goals with far less human help, allowing it to operate software and solve problems directly.

AI companies are in a race to make their solutions a part of enterprise. Recently, Perplexity AI launched Computer, describing it as a fully autonomous digital worker that plans, delegates and executes multi-step projects end to end.

Moving on, while women in India are getting greater representation when it comes to job posting, they continue to face a wealth gap.

Lastly, the countdown for SheSparks, YourStory's flagship event for women, has begun. Each year, the event brings women from all walks of life together.

SheSparks 2026 will be held on March 14 at IIT-Delhi. Learn more about the event, here.

  • The country's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act outlines the requirement of parental consent for use of children' s personal data.
  • It also requires online platforms to implement age verification and parental consent mechanisms before a minor can open a social media account.
