Welspun Group launches vaccination camp for its employees in Vapi
One of India's fastest growing global conglomerate, the Welspun Group, has launched a vaccination campaign for its employees in Vapi, Anjar. The company has come up with a detailed plan to vaccinate employees at various locations in Gujarat starting with Vapi, Anjar and Zagadiya units and has also started it at other locations in phases. Beneficiaries include employees above 45 years of age. Those waiting for a second dose will be given priority, followed by employees with a debilitating illness. Welspun has implemented strict safety protocols at the vaccinators center and will ensure adequate physical distance is maintained, vaccination to minimize physical contact There are three separate rooms with full air conditioning for inspection. Beneficiaries at the site have been targeted on the ground so that they can conveniently reach from the minimum mediation of employees to the relevant rooms. The campaign will be overseen by Welspun's human resource officers and vaccination officers in collaboration with the administration.
