Lava International Ltd has announced it will bring the new 5G version of the budget phone Bold N2 series to India this week, on June 3.
It is said to come with an HD+ display, stock Android 16 OS with almost no bloatware and is most likely to be powered by a Unisoc chipset.
Amazon has opened a microsite offering a sneak peek at the device's back camera module.
The device is also said to feature an IP64 water-and-dust repellent rating, house a dual-camera module and is likely to come with at least a 5,000mAh battery.

It is widely reported that the Xiaomi 17T will be available in two variants: 17T and 17T Pro series.
The standard 17T is said to come with a 6.59-inch full HD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Also, it will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra series chipset, 12GB RAM, 256GB/512GB storage, a triple camera module-- main 50MP + 50MP telephoto + 12MP ultra-wide sensor with LED flash on the back and a 6,500mAh battery with 67W wired fast charging.
On the other hand, the 17T Pro will feature a bigger 6.83-inch full HD display with 144Hz refresh rate. It is said to come with MediaTek Dimensity 9500 silicon, 12GB RAM, 256GB/512GB storage, a triple camera module-- main 50MP + 50MP telephoto + 12MP ultra-wide sensor with LED flash on the back and a 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging, and 50W wireless charging capability.
Both devices run Android 16-based HyperOS 3.

Motorola has confirmed to bring the Edge 70 Pro+ on June 4 in India. It is touted to come with a feature-rich triple-camera module.
It is expected to come with a main 50MP sensor (with Sony LYT 710) along with a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3.5X optical zoom and up to 50X AI-powered super zoom pro with lossless quality capability.
Also, like other Edge series phones, the company is expected to offer Pantone-certified colour options-- Chicory Coffee (brown wood-like finish), Stormy Sea (twill-inspired texture with grey-green tone), and Zinfande (wine red satin luxe finish).
On the front, it is said to come with a 6.8-inch 1.5K Quad-Curved 144Hz AMOLED screen with 5,200nit peak brightness.
Inside, it is expected to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 octa-core processor and run Android 16 OS. The company is likely to offer three years of Android OS updates and five years of security patches for protection against cyber threats.
The device is said to come with a 6,500mAh battery with 90W Turbo Power fast charging capability.

The device will also feature MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra chipset, 8GB/12GB/16GB LPDDr5X RAM, 128GB/256GB/ 512GB UFS 4.1 storage, dual-camera module--main 50MP (with Optical Image Stabilisation) backed by an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 20MP front camera and may come with at least a 7,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging capability.
There is also the possibility that Xiaomi may bring the Turbo 5 Max. It will have almost all the features of the standard model, but will feature a bigger 9,000mAh battery capacity.
