HYDERABAD: The Government of India has launched self-enumeration for Census 2027, enabling citizens to submit their details online.
Jayesh Ranjan , Special Chief Secretary to the Telangana government, completed his self-enumeration and urged households across three municipal corporations to participate and ensure complete coverage.
R. V. Karnan, Commissioner of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, asked residents to take part in the process and support the implementation of Census 2027 in the city.

The government said the online system helps save time, improves data accuracy, and supports efficient governance. Citizens can complete the process through the official portal: se.census.gov.in.
Officials appealed to residents to come forward and ensure every household is counted.
