Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh made the internet happy with their Sunday announcement. The duo is all set to become parents again, as they are ready to welcome their second child.
Dua was born in 2024, and now, in 2026, she'll be welcoming her sibling. Deepika, however, is not taking a break and will be working through her pregnancy, as per reports.
Deepika Padukone to continue shooting for Raaka during second pregnancy
As per a report by the Indian Express, Deepika will shoot for high-octane action sequences during her pregnancy for Raaka. A source informed the Indian Express, "Deepika has already shot some portions of the Allu Arjun film. She's been shooting sporadically since October last year."
The source added, "She'll now continue to shoot the remaining scenes through her pregnancy. Yes, there are some intense action scenes involved too, but all safety and precautionary measurements are in place. She's not the first actor to do action while pregnant. Alia Bhatt also did it in Heart of Stone."

On the other hand, as per the source, Deepika has almost wrapped up King's shoot and will be finishing the patchwork and dubbing in the coming months. The source informed, "Deepika has wrapped most of King. While her role is longer than what it was in Jawan - it's not an extended guest appearance - she's also not in every scene. The story mostly revolves around the equation between the characters of Shah Rukh and Suhana Khan."
About Raaka
Raaka stars Allu Arjun and Deepika in the lead. As per a report by India Today, Arjun's fee is ₹175 crore, while Deepika Padukone is said to be receiving ₹25 crore. According to the same report, Rashmika Mandanna is set to earn approximately ₹5-7 crore for her role in the film.

The sci-fi action drama, produced by Sun Pictures, was officially announced on Allu Arjun's 43rd birthday in April. It marks the first collab between Pushpa fame Allu Arjun and Atlee.
About King
King, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan will be released on Christmas. The film's first look was unveiled last year and fans are eagerly waiting to see more of SRK. Co-written and directed by Siddharth Anand, King marks another collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.
