Everyone is well aware that Ajay Devgn and Anees Bazmee's films are clashing on Diwali. However, the duo have been close friends in the past considering that Bazmee has made a few films at the beginning of his career with Ajay in the lead.

Meanwhile, the announcement of a new film titled Naam has been grabbing a lot of attention on social media. It marks the collaboration and Ajay and Anees for another time.

Notably, the film has its history considering that it was planned many years ago. A poster of the same was shared by various trade experts, revealing that Naam is arriving on the big screen on November 22 this year.

The action-drama was originally filmed back around 20 years ago but was not released after one of the producers unexpectedly passed away. Moreover, financial issues also contributed to the delay.

Pen Marudhar has taken the responsibility to release Naam throughout India and it also features Bhumika Chawla and Sameera Reddy in the lead.

Anees also shared a glimpse of the film's shoot through social media around five years ago. It was an old picture captured in Switzerland where Ajay and Anees were seen together. The latter also wrote that he expects the film to get released someday.

The movie was originally named Benaam and while a few reports claimed that it would be released in 2013, the plans did not work for unknown reasons.

While the poster has hinted towards an action-packed experience, its sudden arrival is unexpected considering that there is a lot of hype for other films.

It seems like the makers are trying to fool the audiences. Anees could have easily released the film since a majority of his films have turned out to be successful over the years. He has earned a lot of profits and it should have been used to release Naam in theatres.

Even if it is an Anees Bazmee film, it can be said with conviction that Naam can hardly pull anyone to the big screen. But it remains to be seen if the results turn out to be the opposite.
