Actress Rhea Chakraborty has been in the headlines ever since Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide around four years ago. The incident led to a negative reaction towards her on social media platforms, alleging that she was responsible for the late actor's mental distress.
As per the latest update, the CBI has now canceled the lookout circular against Rhea and her family, which was the result of an FIR filed by Sushant's mother.

The news comes after the Supreme Court's Bench also slammed the investigating agency and Maharashtra government for challenging the High Court's decision, which says that the motive behind the actions was affected by the high-profile status of the accused.
The court additionally claimed that Rhea and her family have been cooperating throughout the investigation conducted into Sushant's death.

Notably, Rhea and her family were also brought in for questioning as part of finding more details about an alleged money laundering case linked to Sushant.
The Enforcement Directorate was checking Rhea's financial transactions and investments after Rajput's family claimed that she allegedly transferred a huge sum of money from his account.

Notably, Sushant's father had filed an FIR a month after his death, claiming that his son had once spoken to his sister that Rhea threatened to prove him mad through medical receipts.
Rhea was also arrested in September of the same year by the NCB on charges of supplying marijuana to Rajput.
She was released on bail the following month and the high court later declared that she was not linked to the drug dealers who were reportedly associated with the matter.
