YSRCP leader and ex minister is undergoing a bypass surgery that would take eight hours to complete. It is known that Kodali Nani had complained of heart pain a few days back and was admitted to AIG Hospital in Hyderabad.
Given the seriousness of the case, the family decided to fly him to Mumbai. Nani was admitted to the Asian Heart Care Center. The surgery is being performed by chief surgeon Ramakanth Pandey and will go on for eight hours.
Kodali Nani's Bypass Surgery Successful
The doctors had discovered that three out of four valves were blocked and that Nani also had renal problems. In Mumbai, treatment for both heart and kidney problems will be addressed.
Kodali Nani was flown in air ambulance to Mumbai along with three doctors.

Kodali Nani's supporters and YSRCP cadre are expressing concern over the health of their leader. YSRCP head Jagan had been taking updates over phone about Nani's condition.
Kodali Nani was civil supplies minister during Jagan's term and represented the Gudivada assembly constituency. In 2024, he lost to alliance candidate.
