Sivakarthikeyan's Amaran is doing great on OTT and has crossed the overall views of 'Kalki: 2898 AD' now. The movie did not do its expected business in theaters but has found its audience in OTT and it's great news.
According to trade reports, the movie gathered a total of 341. 52 crores worldwide. It premiered on Netflix on the 5th of December and now it has gathered 8.1 million views in just three weeks.
It has earned a spot in the list of top 10 non-English movies to trend worldwide on Netflix. And only in these few days it is the fourth most viewed South Indian film on Netflix.
Kalki's 3 week view was 8 Million which has now been crossed. Above Amaran in the list now is NTR's 'Devara' which gathered 8.6 million views in four weeks. Amaran is going to cross it soon.

After that there will be two other movies in the list to overtake. 'Lucky Baskhar' has a whopping 16.9 million views in four weeks and at no. 1 is 'Maharaja' with a 7 week total of 19.7 million. Let us see how far Sivakarthikeyan's war drama can go.
