The Andhra Pradesh High Court heard the TTD Parakamani case and reviewed arguments from both sides. After the hearing, the AP High Court made key observations.

It said the Parakamani incident at the Tirumala Lord Venkateswara temple was not a simple theft case.

The Court said theft of gifts offered by devotees would hurt their sentiments. It stressed the need to modernise the Parakamani counting process. The High Court advised temple authorities to reduce human involvement and use modern technology and AI.

The High Court noted that such thefts had occurred earlier in TTD. It said continuing with a manual system was not right. The Court added that disrobing volunteers during security checks was inappropriate and treat them with undue suspicion.

The Court clearly stated that TTD should not use outsourced employees for money counting. It asked TTD to approach the Court with proper suggestions and advice. The High Court also gave several inputs to lawyers from both sides.
