The Andhra Pradesh Police have been taking stringent action against netizens who are trolling and abusing prominent individuals on social media.
In the latest incident, the Vijayawada Cyber Crime police registered a case against an individual who posted derogatory and offensive comments about Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and his family members.

Janasena regional coordinator Mallepu Jayalakshmi filed a complaint with the Vijayawada Cyber Crime Police on Friday, reporting that the accused had posted derogatory comments about Pawan Kalyan's daughters by sharing their pictures on the social media platform X.
She requested that the police take stringent action against the accused individual. The police have registered a case under Sections 66, 66C, and 67 of the IT Act, as well as BNS 79 and Clause 353 (2). The investigation has begun, and the police are currently gathering details about the accused.
Recently, Pawan Kalyan visited the Tirumala temple with his daughters Aaradhya and Polena Anjana Pawanova. This marked the first time Pawan made a public appearance with both daughters.
