During his speech, Chandrababu mentioned that he is continuously monitoring the feedback about the party MLAs using IVRS.

IVRS is an Interactive Voice Response System. In simple language, the party will employ agencies to call the voters and take feedback about an issue or some leader.

But then, this IVRS Feedback mechanism is highly flawed and the margin of error in such a system is humungous.

People are often hesitant to give correct feedback about the ruling party and the local MLAs fearing Vendetta.

So, it is often very difficult for the Ruling Parties to collect Feedback and IVRS is the worst mechanism.

If there is a person collecting the feedback, he will spend some time with the voter and collect the information intelligently.

Even that happens only when the surveyor and the agency are effective.

This is not the case with IVRS. People press a random option and mostly give 'Excellent or Good'.

The calls come at odd times. People are only focused on giving some options without even listening. Also, the options - Excellent and Good are at the start and they press those options and cut the calls.
