Gulshan Kumar was a business tycoon of the entertainment industry. His multimedia venture T-Series has become the biggest name in music, film and television all across India.
Sadly, Gulshan Kumar couldn't live to witness this as he was assassinated in 1997. To commemorate his works his family and especially his son, producer Bhushan Kumar is ready to bring a biopic after him.
However, the film has been ongoing delays ever since its announcement in 2019. It is tentatively named Mogul and will have Aamir Khan is lead.
One of the major reasons for delay is that Gulshan Kumar's family wish some changes in the story. Bhushan assured the fans that it will be an honest portrayal and it is only the perspective that his family wishes to change.

Bhushan also shared that Aamir is greatly invested in the project as he loved the story. But since he is also currently busy with Sitaare Zameen Par, the progress of the biopic has been delayed.
Fans can rest assured that the film is very much in making and has not been shelved. Once the makers are done with the pre-production we can expect a speedy shooting and further announcements.
