Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu was in Markapuram on Wednesday. He had earlier promised to make Markapuram a district and kept his word.
As a part of his programme, he addressed a large gathering.
Just like film stars and other celebrities he walked around the stage instead of standing at the podium and delivering a speech which is a political norm. But his main focus was on the cuss words YSRCP leaders use while making political speeches.
A seasoned politician, one never sees Chandrababu using cuss words and nor does Lokesh. But the recent Ambati incident has brought out the subject of political decorum.
In the past, comments were made against Chandrababu's wife Bhuwaneshwari. The YSRCP cadre also abused Chandrababu's mother who had left this world years back.
Chandrababu asked people if they ever heard him use cuss words or even use bad words against other leaders. Ever since TDP came to power, Chandrababu and Lokesh have been repeating that one must have control over the language used in public sphere. But did anyone ever hear YSRCP chief Jagan admonish his cadre or leaders from using cuss words?
That is the difference between Jagan who was CM for just one term and Chandrababu with a political journey of 40 years, say AP political analysts.
