High Court Clears Route For RGV's Arrest?

Controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is facing a legal issue after a complaint has been registered against him in Andhra Pradesh. The complaint concerns the derogatory comments he posted on social media against the current chief minister, Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and Cabinet Minister Nara Lokesh.

However, RGV filed a petition in the High Court stating that the case should be quashed.RGV's advocate approached the High Court, stating that the case was invalid and had to be quashed.

However, the verdict is not in his favour. The court declined RGV's petition and clarified that they could not interfere. Instead, the court advised Varma to file a bail petition if he fears the arrest.

The complainant also accused RGV of using social media to circulate disrespectful content aimed at Chandra Babu and his family.
