He also explained his decision to contest from 21 seats in the 2024 Assembly elections.

Pawan Kalyan said it has been a decade since he founded Jana Sena Party. He recalled facing strong criticism, including allegations of selling tickets, and stated that his decisions were taken in the larger interest of the people of Andhra Pradesh.

The Deputy CM alleged that some people were indulging in goondagiri in the state. He warned that such elements would be dealt with firmly within two days, adding that strong action was necessary to bring them under control.

Referring to law enforcement methods, Pawan Kalyan said strict handling was required for habitual offenders. He remarked that the approach followed by Yogi Adityanath was appropriate in dealing with such elements.

Pawan Kalyan said his government was not concerned about threats issued by YSR Congress Party leaders or supporters. He stated that he was never afraid even when the party was in power and was mentally prepared for all consequences.

He alleged that threats were now being made through social media and even from foreign countries. Pawan Kalyan said he was not scared of such warnings and would personally ensure that those forces do not return to power.

The Deputy CM said positive criticism is always welcome but only within limits. He added that the police have been given a free hand to act strictly as per the law against troublemakers.

Pawan Kalyan also accused YS Jagan Mohan Reddy of threatening contractors, calling it unacceptable. He said the government would deal firmly with anyone trying to intimidate officials or disrupt development works.
