Sunny Deol's 'Jaat' seems to be doing pretty average for itself, showing a growth of 35-40% on Saturday after a 30% dip on the 2nd day, making a net collection of almost Rs.9 Crores as of now.
Although the collection has been somewhat okay, touching the double-digit mark (at least 12 Crores) was an unsaid necessity for the film, with analysts still hoping for it to touch 10 Crores by the end of the day if the night shows turn out to be a success.
Akshay Insecure & Jealous of Young Star Hero?
With the three-day total expected to stand just around Rs.25 Crores and a 35 Crore target extended opening weekend in the north, the film could only find itself on the way to success if at least 15 crores are made on Sunday, which looks increasingly doubtful as time passes.
Provided things go extraordinarily well, which looks highly doubtful by the current scenario, Jaat might become a unique film for Sunny Deol, doing what no other film could in the last 20 years except for Gadar 2.
