Jagan was referring to the shameful comments made by Nallapureddy Prasannakumar Reddy regarding Kovur MLA Vemireddy Prashanthi Reddy. Despite the comments making headlines for the derogatory manner in which Prasannakumar Reddy spoke, Jagan in turn said that Prasanna was the victim.
Jagan said that though the police were watching the events, they did nothing. The YSRCP chief wondered why no action was taken on the MLA (for the attack on Prasanna's house).
Jagan went on to say that Chandrababu has started revenge politics in AP and he is continuing it. Jagan asked who is safe in this state. The victim is facing charges, said Jagan.

It is known that Prasannakumar Reddy's misogynist statements sparked outrage in AP and cases have been filed against him.
Instead of condemning such acts, Jagan showed that his own thinking is no different from those who abuse women in the garb of politics.
