Now, the latest scheme is called LEAP (Learning Excellence in Andhra Pradesh). He shared while launching the programme that it is the first time that such a programme was being launched and Mangalagiri was the first place to launch it.

I asked them to completely change the building in 50 days with a playground and other facilities. However, he did not divulge the special facilities as it's a surprise, he said.

I told them clearly to take up the project only if they can deliver, Lokesh said.
