A 305-page chargesheet was filed in the court. Thousands of supplementary documents in 70 volumes were attached to it and submitted to the court.
So far, 40 individuals and organizations have been named as accused in this case, and eight more have been added to the list recently.

According to the Charge Sheet, those involved used to get 50-60 crore every month from companies and distilleries that secured liquor supply orders.
The chargesheet outlines how bribes were taken by purchasing gold, through accounts of shell companies, and in real estate transactions. The transactions made through companies based in Mumbai and Delhi were mentioned.
The SIT also found that money thus collected has been also spent on the election expenses in 2024.
So far, Rs. 62 crore has been seized in this case. The chargesheet states that it was found in the money trial that the recovered money was the bribe money.
Along with the arrest of MP Midhun Reddy, the total number of arrests has reached twelve.
It is also the first high-profile arrest in this case.
Meanwhile, the SIT also served notices to Former Minister Narayana Swamy to attend before them.
Narayana Swamy was the Excise Minister during Jagan's regime.
Notices were issued asking him to appear for questioning at 10 am on the 21st of this month (Monday).
