AP Coastal Zone Management Authority lodged a formal complaint and a case has been filed on Vijaysai Reddy's daughter Neha Reddy and son-in-law Rohit Reddy.
The Authority filed a case in the Bhimili Court on both of them for violating the Environment Act of 1986, on July 10. Following this, a case was filed on them for violating Coastal Regulation Zone norms.
In the past, Jana Sena corporator Murthy Yadav had filed a PIL on illegal constructions by Neha Reddy.

Soon, the Central Environment Committee will look into the matter.
