Telangana CM Revanth Reddy and Andhra Pradesh IT and HR Minister Nara Lokesh shared a warm moment at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Revanth Reddy placed a pochampally scarf on Lokesh while Lokesh offered a yellow colour scarf in return.
The smiles on their faces reflected mutual respect and goodwill. Revanth Reddy and CM Chandrababu often say that both Telugu states are like brothers and must work together for development and long term growth.
While there are water related issues between the two states both sides believe they should be resolved through dialogue. They are clear that such matters must not be turned into political fights.
At Davos the two leaders met in a spirit of courtesy and cooperation. Supporters of both leaders welcomed the gesture as many Telugu people hope to see growth in both Telugu states.
Revanth Reddy has often said that the BJP was his school and TDP was his college. Even though he became the CM through the Congress he continues to value his past political associations.
