PM Narendra Modi was in Vizag to inaugurate projects adding upto Rs 2 lakh and above in Andhra Pradesh.
Prior to the meeting, the state ministers were greeting the Prime Minister in the green room as per protocol.

As the ministers were greeting Modi, he came to HRD minister Nara Lokesh. Modi took a minute and told Lokesh he had a complaint against him and smilingly looked at Chandrababu.
In an affectionate tone, PM Modi asked Lokesh why he didn't visit him in New Delhi, though six months had passed by for the new government.
