We are drawing closer to the end of this year. Like every section, the media is also looking to close the year and enter into the new year.

Every year is the same. Nothing changes in common man's life be it December 31st or January 1st. But it is a hope that the new year will be different and the feeling that the passed year has been tough. So everyone welcomes the new year with a celebration.

Govt Going Easy On Allu Arjun's Bail?

But it looks like Telugu media is unlikely to have that celebratory breathing space.

From the last one week or so, the media is running helter-skelter to cover the news about Allu Arjun's arrest.

The actor has no political ambitions and he is a small fish for the Government. And the incident is fortunate but it is sure that it is not intentional.

Everyone is confused why this issue went to that far of Allu Arjun's arrest.

Media like everyone kept aside that logic and ran endlessly for the coverage.

The issue looks slowing down a bit but it looks like there will be no respite for the media.

The Police department issued Notices to Mohan Babu to appear before them in the attack on the journalist. He sought time till 24th to appear and also applied for an interim bail. The time has lapsed and the High Court rejected the bail.

So, Mohan Babu has to appear and if the police proceeds to arrest, it will be a big issue again.

And then, there is KTR issue. The ACB is going to issue summons for him to appear before them in a day or two.

It will be a big news for the media. But then, the High Court gave him immunity from arrest for the next six days. So, things will not go till the arrest in this year. At least that is a relief for the media.

But still next one week or so is going to be very tough to the media unless the Government thinks to go easy this week.
