The refusal of bail is also a talking point due to Vallabhaneni Vamsi's health condition. He has been suffering from breathing problems and has been taken to the general hospital in Guntur for check-ups and is under the supervision of government doctors.
His wife and local YSRCP leader rushed to the hospital, but were denied entry by the police.
The YSRCP leaders are expressing concern about denial of bail, given Vamsi's health condition. They are threatening the alliance government of dire consequences, if something happens to Vamsi, while in custody.

Vallabhaneni Vamsi filed a petition seeking bail in fraudulent house pattas case. After hearing the arguments, the Court denied bail to him.
Earlier, he was given to remand till May 29 in the same case. Vamsi is presently a remand prisoner in Vijayawada jail.
