Incidentally, the makers of Kannappa released a new poster of the film featuring Prabhas today, and it introduces him as Rudra - Lord Shiva.

It can almost instantly be noted that Prabhas looks nearly recognisable in this poster as he has undergone a nearly complete makeover. With long hair and thick beard, prosthetics, Prabhas looks completely unlike his own self.
