Still Shah Rukh believes that he has been unlucky when it comes to Aishwarya Rai. In an award show the witty actor gave several reasons to justify his claim.

In his first film with Aishwarya Rai - Josh, he played her twin brother. There was no prospect of romancing and to his surprise everyone even said that they looked alike.

SRK said that he took it as a compliment that he at least looked like her. But later when he got a chance to work with her it was in Devdas, it was a film where the two lovers never reconcile and remain separated in love.

He then worked with Aishwarya in Mohabbatein. Both the characters in the film love each other but sadly Aishwarya's character is dead and just occurs in his imagination throughout the film.

They were last seen together in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. SRK's cameo is loved by all but even here he plays the divorced husband of Aishwarya.

Indeed he has been unlucky when it comes to playing a role next to Aishwarya Rai whom he called the most beautiful woman in the universe and beyond. Fans hope they get interesting roles next to each other soon!
