Just when many felt that Toxic was losing momentum due to repeated character posters, the makers delivered a major surprise. The official introduction video of Raya has now changed the conversation completely.
The teaser makes it clear that Toxic will explore dark and explicit themes. The introduction video sets the tone with disturbing visuals that instantly grab attention.
The sequence opens at a graveyard during a burial ceremony. The calm is shattered when a car fitted with a detonator enters the scene, creating a tense and unsettling atmosphere.
The "toxic" mood intensifies with an intimate moment inside the car, followed by a massive explosion. The visuals signal that the film will not hold back in its portrayal.
Yash then appears as Raya, smoking a cigarette as he walks through thick fog. A shirtless and tattooed Yash wears a long black coat and delivers the striking line, "Daddy's home."
Viewers were not expecting this level of explicit presentation. However, the teaser has increased excitement to witness a completely new avatar of Rocking Star Yash.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga, director of Animal, also reacted to the teaser. He took to social media and said, "Toxic teaser just knocked me out."
Fans echoed the director's reaction and believe Toxic could be even more brutal and raw than Animal. The response online suggests strong curiosity and anticipation.
While there were earlier doubts about a clash with Dhurandhar, the current buzz suggests a level playing field. Toxic now looks ready to offer stiff competition when both films arrive on March 19.
