Revanth Reddy, now, wants himself the Telangana image.

The other day, the State Election Commission had announced the Schedule for the Local Elections and today, the State Government has changed the name of the famous 'Telugu Thalli' Flyover.

The Board at the flyover near the State Secretariat area is marked as the 'Telangana Thalli Flyover'.

It is understandable that the name is changed if is 'Andhra Thalli Flyover'.

'Telugu' is the identity of all the Telugu Speaking People across the Globe.

'Telugu Thalli' represents the Telugu-Speaking People but not Andhra People.

Wonder what Problem Revanth Reddy has got with it!

There are several Flyovers planned in the city. Revanth Reddy can build one from the scratch and name it as 'Telangana Thalli Flyover' instead of this silly name changing.

Jagan Mohan Reddy did the same previously and got so much of backlash from the People.

There is something more to this.

During the heights of the Telangana Agitation, KCR used 'Telugu Thalli' to milk the Sentiment.

He brought up the issue of 'Telangana Thalli' painting as if 'Telugu Thalli' is 'Andhra Thalli'.

Back then, KCR also badmouthed Telugu Thalli as "Evadi Thalli, Evadiki Thalli".

BRS (The Then TRS) brought 'Telangana Thalli' as counter to Telugu Thalli.

Basically, Revanth Reddy is just following KCR in this.

Both the states are bifurcated and the people are co-existing peacefully, these type of things at this juncture are totally unnecessary.
