Sivakarthikeyan's Amaran, Jayam Ravi's Brother, and Kavin's Bloody Beggar were all set for a worldwide theatrical release of Kollywood on October 31st as a Diwali special.
Bookings for these movies have almost started except at PVR and Inox multiplexes in Tamilnadu. As of now, Amaran and Jayam Ravi's Brother movie has a good screen count for the first week, whereas Kavin's Bloody Beggar and Dulquer Salmaan's Lucky Bhaskar don't have proper screen counts.
Sivakarthikeyan's Amaran and Jayam Ravi's Brother movies were distributed by Red Giant Movies. It's one of the biggest distribution houses in Kollywood, controlled by Udhayanidhi Stalin.
Amaran has acquired a good number of screens, as it has huge hype among the Kollywood audiences than other movies releasing this Diwali.

But Jayam Ravi's Brother doesn't even have any hype amongst the audience but acquired the maximum number of screens due to Red Giant's distribution. Red Giant's were said to be distributing Amaran and Brother movies as a package for theatres.
Due to this potential winners with proper pre-release positive hyped movies such as Kavin's Bloody Beggar and Dulquer Salmaan's Lucky Bhaskar aren't even allotted enough screens on its first weekend. Only extremely positive responses from the audiences after the release can save these two movies in Tamilnadu.
