The roads were built using funds allocated by the councillor of Ward No. 44, with an estimated expenditure of around Rs 11 lakh, the mayor said.
The inauguration programme was attended by local councillor Satyendranath Bhattacharya, social worker Bhaven Barman, and other residents of the locality.
Residents of the area expressed satisfaction over the completion of the road construction, stating that it would improve connectivity and daily commuting.
Meanwhile, the mayor and the councillor also urged locals to maintain cleanliness and ensure proper upkeep of the roads.
