Access Hospitality has announced the appointment of Aravinda Gollapudi as the new Chief Technology Officer.
Aravinda holds over 28 years of experience, having held leadership roles at renowned organisations including Intuit, Ellie Mae and VeriSign, with expertise in SaaS architecture, AI-driven transformation and large-scale platform development.
Prior to this appointment, Aravinda held the role of Head- Platform Business Unit and SVP of Technology at Sage.
She will lead the organisation's global technology vision with a focus on embedding agentic AI across its platform to deliver smarter, more connected operations for hospitality businesses.
Aravinda was recently named among Channel Insider's 2025 Top 50 AI Leaders in the Channel and is a Stevie Award winner.

In her expanded role, Aravinda will oversee the full technology organisation, driving alignment across platform architecture and shaping the company's innovation roadmap for its global customer base. Based on the US East Coast, she will also work closely with the UK-headquartered leadership team, supporting collaboration between the company's US operations and its established European business.
In addition to her executive responsibilities, she serves as a board advisor to early-stage technology companies and has been recognised for her work in promoting diversity and inclusion in the technology sector.
