American Airlines has introduced a seasonal refresh across its premium lounge network, unveiling new spring menus in Flagship Lounge and Admirals Club locations.
The updated offerings focus on whole ingredients, seasonal produce, and balanced meal options designed to enhance the pre-flight experience.
Spring Dining Takes Off with American Airlines' Lounge Menu Refresh
The spring menu features a variety of globally inspired dishes across key hubs. Highlights in Flagship lounges include braised short rib with roasted thyme tomato sauce in Los Angeles International Airport, chilled carrot and coconut soup in O’Hare International Airport, and tamagoyaki French toast with ginger maple syrup in Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Other offerings include green lentil curry, beef kofta with saffron rice in Philadelphia International Airport, and coconut curry shrimp in Miami International Airport.
In Admirals Club lounges, menu additions include Cantonese sweet and sour meatballs in Denver International Airport and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, parmesan pesto gnocchi in Chicago, St. Louis Lambert International Airport, and Toronto Pearson International Airport, as well as Mediterranean chickpea salad in Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Nashville International Airport, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Regional specialties such as New England clam chowder in Logan International Airport and chicken Baja enchilada soup in Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport further reflect local culinary influences.

Complementing the food offerings, American Airlines has also expanded its premium beverage selection. Through its partnership with Champagne Bollinger, the airline now offers complimentary champagne in Flagship lounges, while it is available for purchase in Admirals Club locations, creating a more cohesive premium experience both on the ground and in flight.
The new menus began rolling out across Admirals Club locations in mid-March, with Flagship lounge updates following in early April. The initiative reflects American Airlines' broader focus on enhancing customer experience through elevated dining, regional flavours, and thoughtfully curated hospitality across its global network.
