With more than 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality and membership clubs, Stefani will oversee the resort's wellness offering, including programming, treatments and guest experiences.

In her new role, Stefani will lead wellness initiatives across movement, mindfulness, fitness, recovery and restorative experiences, drawing on the resort's vineyards, gardens and Carmel Valley setting. Recent additions to the wellness programme include private pool cabanas, aqua yoga, recovery-focused offerings and HigherDOSE therapy mats featuring red light therapy.

Stefani's background spans experiential hospitality and wellness, with a focus on creating personalised guest experiences and developing destination-led programmes. She will also work to integrate wellness across the wider guest experience, including opportunities for outdoor activities and the resort's culinary approach.
