Kature brings over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in culinary operations, menu development, banquet planning, food cost management and team leadership.

Prior to this, he served as Executive Chef at Courtyard by Marriott Shillong, where he managed kitchen operations, menu planning, food safety standards and banquet culinary services.

Earlier, he has worked with brands including Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel, Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi, ibis Pune, Royal Orchids Golden Suites Pune and Radisson Hotel Pune, gaining experience across multiple kitchen environments and hotel operations.

In his new role as Executive Chef, he will lead the hotel's culinary operations across restaurants, banqueting and in-room dining. His responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining food quality and safety standards, managing kitchen teams and supporting overall dining operations at the property.
