Chef Satish Prasad Appointed Executive Chef at Farzi Café Seattle

Chef Satish Prasad has been appointed as the Executive Chef at Farzi Café.

He brings over two decades of culinary experience across luxury hotels, international cruise liners and hospitality brands.

Prior to this role, Chef Prasad was associated with Riga Foods as Executive Chef (Catering), where he played a key role in driving culinary innovation and operational excellence.

Chef Prasad holds extensive expertise in menu development, cost control, inventory optimization, waste reduction, kitchen operations, team leadership, and maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards.

Over the years, Chef Prasad has held leadership positions with renowned brands, including The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Andaz Delhi, Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, Hyatt Regency Delhi, The Suryaa New Delhi, Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, and Carnival Cruise Line in Florida USA where he had an eight-year tenure.
