Mark Hucek Named General Manager of Dual Myrtle Beach Resorts

Mark Hucek has been named General Manager of The Ellie Beach Resort Myrtle Beach, Tapestry by Hilton, and DoubleTree Resort Myrtle Beach Oceanfront .

The dual-resort property is located on Springmaid Beach and features 452 rooms across 30 acres of oceanfront land.

In his new role, Hucek will oversee day-to-day operations across both properties, including guest services, food and beverage operations, team development, and strategic growth initiatives. He will also support the expansion of wellness offerings and family-oriented programming.

Hucek brings experience in hotel operations and leadership. Prior to this appointment, he served as General Manager at Evolution Hospitality in California, where he received the Rookie of the Year Award.

His professional background also includes leadership roles with Greenwood Hospitality, along with experience in multi-unit sales management.
