Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida has announced the appointment of Bharat Khanna as its new Front Office Manager.
Bharat brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality operations, having knowledge of front office management, guest services and team leadership.
Throughout his career, Bharat has been a part of reputed hotels such as Taj Mahal New Delhi, Shangri-La Eros New Delhi and Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini.
In his new role, Bharat will oversee all front office operations ensuring seamless guest experiences.
His expertise spans guest relations, team mentoring, problem resolution, OTA & channel management, group bookings coordination and business forecasting.
