Dharmendra R. S. Appointed COO of Icon Hotels by Bhagini Hospitalities

Bhagini Hospitalities Pvt Ltd has appointed Dharmendra R S as Chief Operating Officer of Icon Hotels , as the group accelerates its expansion across India.

In his new role at Icon Hotels, Dharmendra R S will oversee operations, growth strategy, and organisational alignment, with a focus on scaling the brand's portfolio towards 100+ hotels. His mandate includes strengthening operational frameworks, streamlining processes, and supporting expansion across Tier 2 cities and emerging segments such as spiritual tourism.

He brings diverse experience across hospitality, retail, F&B, and entertainment, with expertise in multi-format operations and business expansion. His leadership is expected to support the group's vision of building a scalable and integrated hospitality model.

Alongside hotel expansion, he will also contribute to the growth of the group's F&B portfolio, including brands such as Proxy Bar, Andhra Grand, Telugu Bilas,Telugu Vilas, and Kalpaney, along with upcoming concepts like Jamming Goat.

The appointment comes as the group enters a high-growth phase, with plans to expand across hospitality formats and explore the luxury segment in the coming years. Dharmendra R S is also actively involved in industry forums and currently serves as Senior Vice President of the AHPWI South India Chapter.
