He brings 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with several established hotel brands, including The Oberoi Group, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Hilton, ITC Hotels and Marriott International.

Khan began his hospitality career at Hotel Clarks Amer, Jaipur, as a Front Office Associate. He later joined Crowne Plaza Jaipur, where he held roles including Concierge Team Leader, Concierge Executive and Assistant Manager - Concierge. He also worked with Hilton as Duty Manager before joining ITC Hotels in March 2023.

During his tenure at ITC Hotels, Khan served as Head Concierge and Chief Concierge/Duty Manager, gaining experience in concierge operations, guest relations and team management.

In his new role at Jaipur Marriott Hotel, he will oversee concierge services and support the delivery of guest experiences at the property.
