She brings more than 11 years of experience in human resources within the hospitality sector, with expertise across people operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, employee relations and organisational culture.

Neerajita has worked with hospitality organisations including The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata, Neotia Hospitality, Hyatt Regency Kolkata and Fortune Park Hotels by ITC. Most recently, she served as Human Resource Manager at Fortune Park Hotels by ITC, where she was involved in the property's pre-opening phase.

Before that, Neerajita spent three years with Hyatt Regency Kolkata as Assistant Manager - Human Resources, working across core HR functions and employee engagement initiatives.

In her new role at Novotel Kolkata, Neerajita will oversee the People & Culture function, with responsibilities covering employee engagement, talent development, learning and development, employee relations and workplace culture. She will also work on initiatives related to employee recognition, professional development and organisational communication.
