PATA Announces New Board Members
The Pacific Asia Travel Association has ratified its newly elected Board members during the PATA Annual General Meeting 2026 on May 12, held as part of the PATA Annual Summit 2026 in Gyeongju .
The newly elected members will join the existing Board, enhancing representation across the travel and tourism sector, including stakeholders from the public and private sectors, academia, regional chapters, and youth representatives from across Asia Pacific and beyond
These include Duangthida Nunthapirat (Bangkok University), Fazal Bahardeen (Crescentrating Pte Ltd.), Jonathan Low (Global Success Learning Academy Sdn Bhd), Jason Wang (Global Tourism Economy Research Centre), Paithoon Monpanthong (National Institute of Development Administration), Justin Ong (Hotelbeds), Mike Stewart (Intrepid Travel), Dmitri Cooray (Jetwing Hotels Ltd.), Yeji Cho (PATA Face of the Future 2025), Thomas Wan, Khem Lakai, Supawan Teerarat (Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau), Musa Yusof (Tourism Malaysia), Fabrizio Orlando (TripAdvisor), and Kumi Kato.
They will serve alongside continuing Board members representing organisations such as Booking.com, Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts, Dusit Thani College, Hong Kong Tourism Board, Korea Tourism Organization, Macau International Airport Company, Maldives Marketing & PR Corporation, Saudi Tourism Authority, Taiwan Tourism Administration, and Tourism Authority of Thailand.
