He brings over three decades of experience in human capital leadership across hospitality, real estate, and related sectors.

Sundeep has held senior leadership roles with Royal Orchid Hotels, Mantri Developers, and MRG Hospitality, along with earlier tenures at The Indian Hotels Company Limited and The Oberoi Group. A significant part of his career was with The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts, where he led human resources at The Leela Palace Bengaluru and contributed to establishing human capital frameworks across properties in Kovalam, Udaipur, and Chennai.

He holds a law degree and professional qualifications in personnel management, industrial relations, and training and development.

In his new role, Sundeep will lead the group's human capital function, overseeing talent acquisition, payroll governance, performance management, employee lifecycle processes, and organisational capability building. In addition to Rosetta Hospitality, he will also provide strategic human capital leadership to Ferns Estates and Developers.

His appointment comes as the company continues to strengthen its organisational structure and leadership team to support its ongoing growth and expansion plans.
