Harjyot Singh Bamrah brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. He joins from Hilton Chennai, where he served as Executive Sous Chef. Over the years, he has been associated with leading hospitality brands including Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, The Oberoi Group, and Lemon Tree Hotels.
He is known for his operational expertise, culinary approach, and ability to manage large-scale kitchen operations with consistency while delivering quality guest experiences.
Throughout his career, he has led kitchen operations across restaurants, banquets, destination weddings, and corporate events, focusing on quality, presentation, and service standards.
