The Access Group Appoints Saurabh Gupta as Head of Customer Success, APAC

The Access Group has appointed Saurabh Gupta as Head of Customer Success for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Based in Mumbai, he will lead the end-to-end customer success function across the region.

Gupta brings over two decades of experience in customer success and post-sales leadership, with a track record of building and scaling customer-focused organisations across global technology companies.

Prior to joining The Access Group, he was associated with BrowserStack, where he led global Customer Success, Support, Renewals, and Channel Programs across the US, Europe, and APAC. In this role, he focused on improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalable growth through data-driven engagement models.

Earlier, he spent several years at Salesforce, where he contributed to building and expanding the customer success organisation in India across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments, supporting customer growth, retention, and post-sales operations.

In his new role, Gupta will oversee Professional Services, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success across APAC, aligning regional execution with the company's global customer success strategy.
