Chef Himanshu Joshi Appointed as Assistant Chef at The Imperia by Dhaba, New Jersey

The Imperia by Dhaba, New Jersey, has announced the appointment of Chef Himanshu Joshi as Assistant Chef.

Chef Himanshu Joshi brings extensive experience in the culinary field, having worked in renowned hotels and restaurants including The Lalit, New Delhi (Baluchi Restaurant), India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, Pan India Food Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Nirula's Hotels.

He is currently associated with The Leela Ambience, New Delhi, at Dilli 32 Restaurant, where he serves as Sous Chef.

Earlier in his career, Chef Himanshu had the opportunity to work under Chef Manish Mehrotra at Indian Accent in both New York and New Delhi, serving as Chef de Partie. This experience provided him with knowledge of curating Indian cuisine, innovation-driven menu development, and kitchen operations.

He also served as Junior Sous Chef at Riga Foods under celebrated Chef Ritu Dalmia, where he further enhanced his expertise in refined Indian and modern European culinary techniques.

Chef Himanshu has also been recognized with key industry accolades including a Merit Certificate Award at the AAHAR Competition, Pragati Maidan (2015) and Mistry Audit Certification.
